It was my pleasure to work with Melissa and Jose and helping them relocate from Illinois to Atlanta. This was a referral from their cousin here, which made it even better. I helped them get their house ready to list about a year before they went live on the market. We consulted on paint, landscaping, cleaning, and finding an agent all remotely. Once they were on the Illinois market, we had a coordinated effort with their listing agent, lender, and me to line everything up, so there was just the right amount of time between their closings in Illinois and Atlanta.
